Dog vaccination set back by Covid-19; One Health implications

This article examines the impact of the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic on rabies control efforts. In this study, researchers found that a range of control measures and health services were impacted, particularly dog vaccination.

They argue that the global shift in health priorities caused by the pandemic will have broader ramifications for One Health implementation and preparedness for future emergent zoonoses.
